An explorer descends into a mysterious ruin and uses time-shift abilities to travel between a prosperous ancient era and the ruined present, unlocking traps and doors to piece together the truth behind a fallen dynasty.
Design Highlights
- ▸3 levels, ~15 min each; ~8 puzzles per level (~24 total).
- ▸Core design challenge: balancing premise plausibility against playability — the bottleneck was core-mechanic design itself.
- ▸Core mechanic is causal time-shift: destroying or moving objects in the past affects the present timeline. E.g. in the ancient past you place a mission item on terrain that will later collapse; in the present, the item appears exactly where the collapsed ground now sits.
